Faisal AfzalManaging Partner
Faisal brings experience from Information Technology and General and Commercial Aviation industry. With emphasis on helping improve performance through analysis of existing organization problems and developing and implementing plans for improvement, Faisal has experience in process analysis, technology implementation, strategy development, as well as assisting in development of coaching skills and organizational change management.
In addition to co-founding Cambridge Global Advisory, he also owns and operates Aviation Ventures, a Washington based Flight Training school & Aircraft Acquisition and Management company.
Faisal is a graduate of George Mason University with a Bachelor’s in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems and a Master’s in Telecommunications. Faisal also has graduate and doctoral course work in Education Policy from The George Washington University. Faisal is currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Finance at Harvard University’s Extension School.

Sivaram IyerManaging Partner
Sivaram Iyer started investing in capital markets while in India, in 2002. His investment philosophy is an intersection of through fundamental evaluation merged with clear, rational analysis of the underlying macroeconomic environment.
Sivaram is an avid follower of Austrian School of Economics, free market thinking and strong critique of the Federal bank policies around the world.
His favorite reads include “Intelligent Investor” by Benjamin Graham and “Economics in One Lesson” by Henry Hazlitt. His past time hobbies include distance running, dragon boat racing and rock climbing.
Sivaram holds a bachelors degree in Electronics, graduate degree in computer applications, and is currently enrolled in a graduate program in Management/Finance at the Harvard University (Extension School).
